3. Payment and Fees
There is a service fee, payable in advance. This fee covers the full scope of services described on our website. All payments are final and non-refundable.
4. No Guarantees
While we strive to provide the best possible support and guidance, we do not guarantee:
- Top ranking spots on Product Hunt.
- Being featured on the Product Hunt homepage.
- Specific outcomes or levels of success.
5. Service Eligibility
We reserve the right to accept or decline any product for our launch support service. You must submit a form detailing your product for our review. Only products deemed a good fit for Product Hunt will be accepted.
6. Booking and Scheduling
To ensure adequate preparation time, we recommend booking our services at least two weeks prior to your planned launch date. Changes to your launch date should be communicated as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate new dates but cannot guarantee availability.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information and materials shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaaS Launch Help and its owner, Bren Kinfa, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
